A set of token management devices including a token dispenser and a token sorter

A NEW approach to MANAGING finIsher TOKENS

Finisher tokens can be fiddly to manage and often need multiple volunteers to organise. Print3d has created a new approach to handing out and sorting finisher tokens.

  • Token dispenser - stores your tokens and makes them easy to hand out in the finisher funnel.

  • Token sorter - helps you quickly sort the tokens into number order after each event.

Reduce token volunteers

With the token dispenser, handing out finisher tokens can be managed by just one volunteer.

REDUCE SORTING TIME

The token sorter dramatically reduces the time it takes to sort tokens into number order at the end of each event.

HOW TO USE THE dispENSER AND SORTER

This video runs you through the full process of preparing the tokens in the dispenser, handing out tokens, sorting them and then storing them.

  • Easy dispensing of tokens in the finishers funnel

  • Tokens are spring-loaded and easily pulled from the top

  • Wrist strap prevents the dispenser from being dropped

  • Strong construction for long durability

  • Available in two sizes to fit 150 or 250 tokens

Token DISPENSERS

  • The sorter makes it easy to put the tokens back into number order

  • Mini sorters help organise groups of 10 tokens

  • Multiple volunteers can use the sorter together

  • Integrated needle helps to move the tokens from the sorter to the dispenser

  • Available in three sizes to sort 200, 300 or 400 tokens

DESIGN BY Print3D

The idea, design and production of the finisher token products came from Print3D; a small independent design & 3D print business based in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Having taken part in running and volunteering at parkrun for over 6 years, the idea finally landed when sorting tokens at a local parkrun in Hull in July 2025.

Concept products were created and tested at local parkruns. Following that success, we are currently (October 2025) reaching out to other East Yorkshire parkruns to demo the devices.

We are always looking for the next project, so please contact me if you have something in mind : hello@print3d-store.co.uk
